This is a Shimano Bio Craft Kawahagi H180.

The Shimano Bio Craft Kawahagi H180 is a dedicated rod for kawahagi fishing, featuring high sensitivity and an ultra-lightweight design of approximately 135g, suitable for tataki and tarase fishing methods. The stiffer H type is a model particularly recommended for deep water, strong currents, and situations where operability is prioritized.

There is no damage, but as it has been used, there are minor scuffs and scratches.
There is also a mark where the sticker in the 3rd image was removed.

It has been used not only for kawahagi but also for tiger pufferfish in Tokyo Bay. I believe it can also be used for rockfish, scorpionfish, and ikametal.
