I bought this for a trip, but I've become too busy, and it looks like my dream of leisurely fly fishing trips is on hold for a while. So, I've decided to sell it before it gets too old. Therefore, it is completely unused. However, the protective film on the grip has been removed, and I assume the Orvis 25-year warranty will not be applicable as it's considered a used item. For these reasons, I've significantly reduced the price. Please understand that this is a completely unused item, stored and inspected by an amateur, and is sold as-is with no claims or returns.

Regarding minor imperfections, due to what might have been a high concentration of resin used in the paint, the coating may not be fully applied in some areas, or there might be faint scuff marks from imperfect polishing. Please refer to the photos. I don't believe these affect its usability in any way, but please be aware that this is a robust Orvis rod with a character that reflects its practical, no-frills nature, rather than meticulous inspection.
