Detective Inspector Kiichi Kimura, known as the man in the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, will be played by Atsushi Arai, who has been in this major role since 2020 and is currently considered unique in Japan. He has received high praise for his profound and solid acting, and was recently chosen for the role of the strict Assistant Instructor Kitami Shin in the latest installment of Director Nakae's Kyōjō series.
Heroine Police Officer Tomoko Mizuno, who undertakes a desperate undercover investigation, is Yuno Ohara, a former member of Dream5 who has been active in various fields as an actress in dramas and films in recent years. She played an impressive and charming female student in the latest Kyōjō and has now been chosen by Director Nakae as the heroine.
And as the double-cast Tomoko Mizuno is Yuki Murayama, who made a striking Kinokuniya debut in 2025 as Souji Okita in Shin Bakumatsu Junjōden. She was known as the Goddess of the Theater for her reliable expressiveness, having appeared in over 1,300 stage performances during her time at AKB48, from which she graduated in the same year.
Kintaro Oyama, the perpetrator, is Taiga Yokota, a member of CLASS SEVEN who debuted in 2025 and left a strong impression in the stage play IMPACT. With this major casting, he will break the youngest record of 17 years and 1 month held by Atsuki Mashiko in 2017, setting a new record of 16 years and 1 month for the role of Kintaro Oyama.
Also playing Kintaro Oyama in a double cast is Hiroki Hyakuna, who received high praise for his role as Ryoma Sakamoto in Shin Bakumatsu Junjōden in 2025. He is called a rising star in the musical world and continues to achieve remarkable success in productions such as ALTAR BOYZ.
And Detective Ryukichi Kumada is Ryuki Takahashi, who is now considered an indispensable presence in Kinokuniya's Tsuka Kōhei productions.
