Introducing the Kalimba from Bondi Ukuleles!
This is a rare Kalimba made from Koa wood (^-^)
It's a unique piece with a special design!
Comes with Bondi Ukuleles' original hard case and strap, making it great for carrying around (^-^)
It also makes a wonderful gift!
The Kalimba is a traditional African instrument.
It's also known as a thumb piano because you play it with your thumbs. It produces a very lovely sound!
In Zimbabwe, this instrument is popular because the music it creates is said to not only dispel evil spirits but also to bring rain.
It's also considered the root of the music box and is sometimes called a hand-crank music box!
This Kalimba is crafted with exquisite artistry and produces a truly beautiful sound (^^)
It's very easy to play; simply touch the keys according to the sheet music. Both children and music beginners can play the Kalimba!
Since Kalimbas are made from natural wood, the grain pattern will vary slightly from one instrument to another.
