- Due to manufacturing processes, parting lines (seams) and gate marks may be visible. Issues with appearance caused by these are not covered by returns or warranties.

- Due to the nature of the material, minor color spots or foreign matter may be mixed in during the manufacturing process. This is within the normal range and is not covered by returns or warranties.

- Due to the nature of the material, solvents such as thinner and various makeup removers cannot be used. Excessive use may cause surface damage. Changes after makeup application are not recommended, and we cannot be held responsible for any problems that occur as a result.

- Avoid long-term storage in high-temperature environments. This can cause joint deformation.

- Customs inspection (opening) during transportation is unavoidable. If there is minor dirt, please wipe it lightly with an eraser or alcohol.
