This is the top-of-the-line S-01 LB from Honma.
It achieves a deep center of gravity and high moment of inertia, lowering the center of gravity of the head to improve ball control, and adding vibration damping to the ARMRQ shaft.
This significantly improves distance and direction.
The LB model was developed for players who prefer a more technical approach. The shaft angle (lie angle) has been adjusted by 5 degrees.
The grip has also been replaced from the conventional spiral TP leather to a PG SF grip.
The item is 4 years old since purchase, but I own multiple clubs, so I believe this one is in beautiful condition.
The grip is darkened but was replaced last year. The face was recently returned after a genuine Honma rebuild.
The original retail price of the club was 165,000 yen.
