Description

Purchased from Joshin in 2022, this is the third year of ownership. A few centimeters of horizontal line (a semi-transparent line that barely affects viewing and is not noticeable, please refer to the photo) has appeared below the screen.
This autumn, a malfunction began (when turned on, audio plays but no image appears, though after repeating the process several times, the image also appears. Once it turns on, there are no issues like it cutting out mid-viewing, and it can be watched for hours. Sometimes it turns on normally on the first try). Due to this, I replaced the TV.
Even with the malfunction, the TV is still viewable (the photo may appear bluish due to camera performance, but the actual image is very beautiful). As it is in its third year, I felt it would be a waste to discard it, so I am currently still using it.
Other malfunctions include the horizontal line area remaining on when the TV is turned off (this symptom occurs only occasionally and disappears by turning the power on and off again), but the above-mentioned symptoms are the main issues.
There are no noticeable scratches on the screen or the main body.
This is a 3-year-old OLED TV, so the screen is beautiful. As shown in the photos, it is quite thin (the screen part is only a few millimeters thick). I believe it is a great deal for those who don't mind the malfunction. Of course, when the screen is on, Amazon Prime and games can be used without any problems.
However, please purchase with the understanding that this is a malfunctioning product.
