Description
This product is used for waterproofing and rust prevention of the power connector on Shimano electric reels when applied periodically.
It is equivalent to Daiwa's Electric Reel Connector Grease 501, so it can also be used with Daiwa electric reels.
After cleaning the reel body, wipe away any dirt inside the connector with a cotton swab or similar tool, apply grease inside the connector, join the connector, and wipe away any excess grease.
You might think there isn't much, but you don't need to apply a lot, so this amount should be enough to maintain several reels.
Buying a bottle (30g!) can be wasteful if you can't use it all, so if you've been hesitant to purchase, please try this first.
