These books are great because they are packed with recipes and also include cooking knowledge, such as the basics of making sauces, which makes you want to try making many different dishes.
The pasta book was very helpful with its wide variety of recipes, and it gave me hints when I wanted to try a slightly different flavor than usual.
I made the Gateau Chocolat and Shortcake from the cake book, and both turned out delicious ♡
There are some minor scuffs and light yellowing, but no major damage such as tears or folds, so I hope they can be useful to someone else.
