UG OMEGA Grease is an all-weather, high-adhesion, low-viscosity semi-synthetic grease that has been upgraded from BORED METHOD DIVISION's urea-based grease lineup. As an all-weather, high-adhesion, low-viscosity semi-synthetic grease, it contains the highest oil content among our grease products, significantly enhancing its adhesion and viscoelasticity. The grease consistency, which indicates the viscosity of the grease, is based on our original notation of No. 0- (minus), signifying a high-adhesion, low-viscosity grease.
As a characteristic of urea-based greases, they offer approximately five times the lubrication lifespan compared to general-purpose lithium greases. Furthermore, by incorporating a high blend of METHOD's original base oils and additives, they maintain strong shear resistance against continuous friction and sudden loads. Even if emulsified due to moisture or humidity, they can be used without extreme lubrication failure. While DELTA, ALPHA, and THETA in the METHOD urea-based grease product line are primarily variations in viscosity, UG OMEGA and UG SIGMA have significantly improved adhesion and viscoelasticity. Their strong adhesion and moderate fluidity provide enhanced physical characteristics, making them less likely to lose grease due to gravity or centrifugal force.
