◆ Condition
- It was not possible to install the OS, and it is unclear whether the problem lies with the installation USB or the computer itself. (There is a possibility of hardware failure.)
- There is a single scratch on the LCD, but it was not very noticeable on the BIOS screen.
- The screws for fixing the storage have been placed inside the main unit.
- [Added 03/17] I tried again with a Windows installation USB and confirmed that the installation screen (image added) is displayed and the installation itself has started. However, after the installation was complete, I attempted to boot from the HDD, but it failed to boot. It is unclear whether the cause is with the HDD. (※Windows 11 is not officially supported.)
- The unit has been disassembled several times, and while the screws are not completely stripped to the point of being unremovable, they are slightly damaged.
- The stand will be detached for shipping. Instructions on how to reassemble will be sent via video.

◆ Notes
- The HDD is recognized on the BIOS screen, but this was for testing purposes. It will be removed before shipping. (SATA cable will also not be included.)
- Returns are not accepted. Thank you for your understanding.
- To be environmentally conscious, we will pack using recycled cardboard boxes. Thank you for your understanding.
- To prevent future issues, please notify us in the comments section if you have any concerns. We will add images as needed.
- We cannot provide support for defects discovered after the product has been shipped or received.
- This is a junk item that could not have the OS installed. Please purchase with the understanding that returns and refunds are not possible.
- We plan to use Yamato's pickup service on Mercari for the first time, so shipping may take some time.
