Captain Tsubasa (Weekly Shonen Jump 1984) Drive Shot Completion Episode - Yoichi Takahashi
17.16 $
Description
This is a magazine clipping from when the series was serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump in 1984. It features the episode where the protagonist, Tsubasa Ozora, successfully executes his Drive Shot for the first time and scores two goals.
In the quarterfinals of the national junior high school soccer tournament, Tsubasa finds himself in a desperate situation after falling behind 3-0 to Hiraudo Junior High School’s defender, Hiroshi Tsugifuji, representing Nagasaki Prefecture. The scene where Tsubasa murmurs “OK, Roberto” to himself as he swings his right leg still brings a lump to my throat even now, more than 30 years later.
As shown in the photos, the condition of each page is good.
