Product Description
■ The frame and spool, machined from aluminum, have excess thickness and surfaces removed while maintaining the necessary strength for each size. The frames of the low-weight LA and high-weight LA SPEY are designed for lightness and robustness, respectively. ■ Both feature a two-pillar design, and since there are no pillars directly below the reel seat, line payout is smooth when starting a cast. ■ The drag knob has a shape that allows for quick adjustments while suppressing the protrusions that catch the line during a cast. ■ The center disc drag has sufficient maximum drag for peace of mind, and its smooth startup allows for ample room during a fight. The clicking sound is also small and pleasant.
