RYOBI Bait Reel Alert Shelf SS700 PE Line, Near Unused

Description
RYOBI Alert Shelf SS 700
- Brand: RYOBI
- Model: Alert Shelf SS700
- Country of Origin: Japan
This was a gift. It has PE line spooled on it, but there are no scuffs or scratches on the main body, handle, etc., and no signs of attachment on the reel seat, so I have judged it to be unused, although this is just my assumption. Please understand that it is in near unused condition.
The contents are as shown in the photos. I have only confirmed the power and the count at 0, 1, and 2. The yellow bag has stains and the fabric fibers on the surface are deteriorated.
The outer box is deteriorated, but the main unit is fine.
