30 Used Soft Baseball Balls for Batting Center (LUCENT)
This item is non-negotiable.
These balls have been used for about six months at a batting center.
- Color: Yellow tones
- Type: Soft baseballs
- Quantity: 30 balls
●Please understand that the balls may have some dirt.
Since the seams are less prominent, we propose practice methods that take advantage of balls with fewer seams.
① Batting Practice (Improving Quantity and Impact)
These are ideal for practice sessions where you need to hit many balls, as you won't feel bad about using them.
• Continuous Tee Hitting
• Effect: Utilize the advantage of being able to use a large quantity without worrying about damage for stamina training, hitting hundreds of balls rhythmically.
② Fielding Practice (Irregularity and Handling)
• Irregular Bounce Knock
• Reason: Balls with scuffed or deformed surfaces will have irregular spins and bounces.
• Practice: Hit hard ground balls on a dirt field.
• Effect: Develops reaction speed to unexpected bounces and concentration to watch the ball until the last moment. Since not all bounces in an actual game are clean, this is practical training.
• Wall Ball (Handling)
• Practice: Throw the ball against a concrete wall and catch the rebound.
• Effect: Using balls with worn-out seams that are slippery requires careful catching with the pocket of the glove or a firm grip with bare hands (transferring grip).
③ Enhancing Vision and Decision-Making Skills (DIY Processing)
Take advantage of the fact that the balls' dirtiness doesn't matter by decorating them with markers.
• Colored Balls / Numbered Balls
• Method: Paint the balls with colors like red or blue, or write large numbers (1, 2, 3...).
• Practice: The batter instantly calls out the color or number of the ball thrown by the pitcher (or pitching machine) before hitting it (or letting it go).
• Effect: This trains dynamic visual acuity. By setting rules like hit if red, let go if blue, instantaneous decision-making skills can be honed.
4. Pitching and Throwing Practice (※Caution Required)
• Finger Sensation Check (Slippery Balls)
• Method: Use balls where the seams are almost gone.
• Practice: Catch and throw at close range.
• Effect: Since you can't rely on the seams, it becomes more difficult to control the ball with your fingertips and achieve the correct spin, thus developing fine motor skills in your fingertips.
