Red water buffalo plectrums often have beautiful mixed colors of brown and white, which are not found in black water buffalo.
Some people call it Dutch water buffalo, but since there are no water buffalo in the Netherlands, it seems to be a remnant of the past when imported goods were called Dutch.
We are using the term red water buffalo because we believe it is a more appropriate expression.
