Okinawa Sanshin "Pick (Diamond Shape)" + Non-Returning Karatui Set
52.80 $
Description
This is a pick for the Sanshin, developed by Mr. Shinzato of Uruma-ya. It features tips (vertices) at different angles, allowing you to switch between them to match the tempo of Okinawan Sanshin songs. The tips range from acute angles (e.g., for slow Nage-uta songs around 60 bpm) to obtuse angles (e.g., for up-tempo Kachāshī songs around 140 bpm). With this single pick, you can handle songs at various tempos. For Nage-uta, it produces a clear, crisp sound, while for Kachāshī, it enables fast playing without snagging on the strings.
Size: Height 50mm, Width 37mm, Thickness 10mm
