NICHIYO Gateball Stick 75.5cm
15.84 $
Description
Thank you for looking.
This was found during a barn cleanout.
It is a gateball stick that belonged to my great-grandfather.
Estimated to be from the mid to late Showa period.
The total length of the shaft + head is 75.5cm.
The head is circular, with a diameter of 4.5cm and a length of 24cm.
The stick itself is in good condition as it was kept in a case.
While there is some sign of use, such as wear on the head, it is generally clean. The grip still has thin gold lines, suggesting it wasn't heavily used.
The case will be included for protection during shipping, but it shows noticeable rust on the metal parts and overall dust and dirt that cannot be removed with a simple wipe.
Please consider it as a packing material.
Please consider that this is a long-term stored item of considerable age.
