It does not have an Emilai sticker, so it is likely a parallel import.
The box and other accessories show some signs of use, but the main unit itself is clean with no signs of use. It also does not have a smoky odor.
There is no warranty card, so the source of acquisition is unknown.
I have only used it about twice since I got it, and the sound works perfectly.
It can be played through 3.5mm, 4.4mm, or 6.5mm connections. (In the photo, the 6.5mm adapter is plugged into the 3.5mm jack, but it has been removed.)
