There are minor scratches, but I personally think the condition is good and clean.
Internal Salt
I don't believe there is any corrosion or salt buildup from saltwater use on the gears.
However, since it has been used in saltwater, there might be some slight issues even if not visible.
Functionally, I personally think it's a good reel with no issues, but the high-speed gear has a gear-like feel.
All my 2-speed reels have this kind of feel in their high-speed gears, and I was looking for the man's fishing feel of winding powerfully and forcefully with LD reels, rather than smoothness, so it didn't bother me personally.
