D007 Japanese Musical Instrument Shakuhachi Matsutomo Approx. 54.5cm Total Length 1 Shaku 8 Sun Tube Bamboo Traditional Craft

This is a Japanese shakuhachi.
As I do not have specialized knowledge, I have not been able to confirm the specific school or sound production.
Please examine the photos carefully to assess the condition before considering your purchase.

Engraving: 松朋 (Shōhō) is inscribed.
Size: Approximately 55cm in total length.
Condition: There are scuffs and dirt due to age, as well as cracks characteristic of bamboo.

Please also check the condition of the mouthpiece and the end of the tube in the images.

Accessories: Cloth case, mouthpiece cap, and other small items (everything shown in the first image is included).

It has a very substantial feel, making it suitable for collection, practice, or even as a source of parts or material for remaking.
