Barbie's Wonderful House Dollhouse Used Rare Discontinued Beautiful Condition Barbie Working

This is the Mattel Barbie Dream House.
It is a discontinued item and is now considered rare. I bought it for my child, but they didn't play with it much, so it's in good condition. Most of the contents are included.
The top part of the outer box has been cut off for easier use.

[Size]
Width: Approx. 40cm - Approx. 80cm
Height: Approx. 37cm
Depth: Approx. 6cm - Approx. 14cm

When batteries are inserted, the doorbell, shower, and toilet sounds are supposed to work. There was a slight trace of battery leakage in the past, but it was cleaned at the time.
I have now inserted new batteries and confirmed the operation. The sounds work properly. The main switch is the oven.
I will leave the batteries in.

I believe it is in beautiful condition, but please understand that it is an old item from about 20 years ago.

Please only purchase if you understand that this is a used item, inspected by an amateur, and has been stored at home for a long time.
The legs of the table and chairs will be removed, and small items will be roughly divided into bags for packaging.

I hope you will like it.
