Exclusive Barbie Dollhouse

Description
This is the Barbie Malibu House Dollhouse.
While there are many compact Barbie dollhouses, this one is relatively large, so I think it offers a good play experience.
It can also be folded compactly for easy storage.
The actual photos start from the 9th image.
The complete set includes what is shown in the 16th image plus one additional orange chair. Dolls are not included.
It was bought for a birthday, but my child didn't play with it much... (crying emoji)
It was left in a corner of the room, so there is some fading due to sun exposure.
There is sun fading on the pink exterior walls, so please check the images. Images 18-20.
The interior is clean, so I don't think it will be noticeable during play, but please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such details. (bow emoji)
As it was played with by a child, there may be minor scratches that were overlooked.
We request no claims and no returns, so please feel free to ask any questions you may have.
Regarding the part of the roof that converts into a bed (17th image), it has been stiff to attach since purchase. I contacted the manufacturer, but they said it is not a defect and is designed to be stiff.
It was purchased for nearly 30,000 yen.
