I myself became a coach for a junior high school table tennis club with little prior experience and struggled with what and how to teach. However, this DVD clarified how to coach inexperienced club members and what practice content to use depending on the season, allowing me to coach with confidence.
Thanks to this, we were able to consistently advance to the district tournament and become regulars at the prefectural tournament.

By thoroughly mastering basic strokes such as backhand, forehand, and push in this period, future growth will be significantly different.

[Disc 2 Beginner Coaching ② August of 1st Year - March (51 minutes)]
This disc contains the training menu from August of the first year to March. It covers how to acquire main techniques and leads up to connecting rallies, which is the goal to achieve by the end of the first year.

[Disc 3 Coaching from the New Team ① 2nd Year (47 minutes)]
This disc features the training menu for the second year of junior high school. As the new team starts, we will focus on improving serves, receives, basic practice, and footwork while setting individual and team goals, aiming to raise the overall skill level.

[Disc 4 Coaching from the New Team ② 2nd and 3rd Year (52 minutes)]
