Series unit price revised! ❗ Shamisen Nagabukuro and Doubukuro 1/2

This is a remake of an ame-goat (raincoat). The fabric is a very sturdy, lustrous, and subdued stripe pattern. Water from an iron rolled right off it, so I believe it has a water-repellent finish. There are some creases from folding that could not be removed.

The matching fabric felt lonely as a covered button in my sewing box, so I sewed it onto this long bag. It somehow made me feel relieved. (*^^*)
The lining is a plain-colored silk with a subtle pattern, which I found at a second-hand shop.

The photos show it with a Tsugaru shamisen inside. The shamisen is not included.

Materials:
Outer fabric: Based on the smell when burned and the ash composition, I believe it is pure silk.
Lining: Pure silk

This is a handmade item by an amateur. Please be aware of this.

Below are my personal thoughts...
When a shamisen is left idle, its sound can become muffled. I feel that playing it regularly brings out a better sound. However, when stored in a pure silk long bag and a dou-bukuro (body bag), I feel it produces a good sound right from the first strike. (*^^^*)
