Description

This was purchased on Mercari. The handle movement is very stiff, making it unusable for fishing. It looks surprisingly clean, which is a shame. I'm looking for someone who can disassemble and repair it. I think it would be good for parts. It is a junk item. Shipping is included, so please purchase it at the same price I did. The handle is not working properly. Oiling it did not help.
