This is a high-quality hard case for the Okinawa Sanshin.

There is some slight dullness on the metal parts, but I personally believe it is in quite good condition for an item intended to protect a Sanshin.

The interior is plush and it's a rare type with a lid that can be opened and closed.
I've never seen one like it before either.
