[Common Information for All Products]

- Shipping typically takes 4-7 days.

- We will measure the size after packing and ship via the most economical shipping method.

- If you comment before purchasing, we can accommodate requests for faster shipping, anonymous shipping, or date specification. However, if this increases the shipping cost, the additional amount will be added.

- We always adhere to the shipping deadline, so please refrain from inquiries about delivery dates after shipping.

- Due to Mercari's system prompting evaluations too quickly after shipping, there are many cases where automatic evaluation requests are sent even if the item has not arrived.
Since it has become difficult for sellers to stop automatic transaction completion, if the item does not arrive for a long time, please press the Do not complete transaction automatically button that appears at the top of the transaction page.

- In cases of prolonged non-delivery, even considering holidays and severe weather, we will initiate a postal accident investigation.

- Other issues will be handled in accordance with Mercari's official rules.

- We take great care in listing, packing, and shipping, but please note that measurements are amateur, packaging materials are recycled, and packing is simple. There may also be oversights.
While we will do our best to be careful, please reconsider purchasing from us if you are looking for shop-like service, expect perfection, are concerned about minor details, have strong preferences, or have many personal rules.

- We have pets (cats), but the room where Mercari items are stored is separate from the cats' living space.

- Refunds after transaction completion are difficult due to the system, and we cannot accommodate them under any circumstances.

Immediate purchase preferred / Silent transactions accepted / Comments deleted after 24 hours / Non-smoker
