Junk, Operation Confirmed, Daiwa 15 Seaborg 200J-L, Motor Part Replacement

Junk item. Operation confirmed. Daiwa 15 Seaborg 200J-L.
Motor parts have been replaced.

Includes only the main unit.
The line was wound for operation check, so it will be removed.

Purchased with no handle and non-functional electric retrieval.
After disassembly and inspection, the gears were seized with salt and rust, making it impossible to wind even manually.
The motor area, as shown in the image, had a broken rotor wire and worn-out brushes, so the motor did not rotate.

I replaced them myself with a spare rotor (for 22 Seaborg) and brushes (partially modified), which I had in storage.
The handle side was overhauled, and the main gear area was disassembled, cleaned, and greased.

Operation confirmed through actual fishing on May 5th for about 6 hours.
It could retrieve at speeds of 1 to winding with a 30-go sinker, and it could retrieve fish without any problems.
Retrieval from 1 to Hi was also without issue.

The handle was not originally attached, so I have installed a HEIGHTEN 120mm carbon handle with an Engetsu knob (capless).

Considering the condition of the replaced rotor and brushes,
if it continues to operate smoothly without issues, it feels like it can handle at least 100km of retrieval distance.

The electric retrieval is also in good working condition.
There is a grinding sensation when winding manually.

The exterior also has scratches and other marks.

The reason for being a junk item, despite being operationally confirmed, is that
I have disassembled and modified/replaced the motor parts myself,
making it a product that cannot be sent for manufacturer repair (or will not be accepted).

After replacement, I have tested and confirmed the operation of both winding, electric, and manual retrieval.
