Thank you for viewing.

This is an ultra-rare external numeric keypad (model number: J31TP001) that was originally sold as an official option for Toshiba's renowned J-3100 series and word processor Rupo in the 1990s.
■ Exterior Condition
This is an extremely rare item that is seldom seen on the used market today. It is highly unusual to find one in such excellent exterior condition.
No Sun Fading/Yellowing: It maintains a surprisingly clean appearance for an item of its age.
No Cable/Rubber Foot Deterioration: The cable and rubber feet are not hardened or sticky, retaining their original flexibility.
*There are minor scratches from use, but it is in collection-worthy condition.
■ Internal Condition and Important Notes
To preserve its rarity, we have also inspected the interior.
Key Switches: Some age-related rust is visible on the internal metal parts (the springs themselves are not rusted).
Operation Not Tested: Due to the specialized D-Sub 9-pin connection terminal, we have not performed any power-on or operational tests with actual equipment.
■ For Collectors and Modification Enthusiasts
This unit, featuring mechanical switches, is highly valuable not only for collection but also as a base for USB conversion modifications. Due to the internal rust, it is being listed as a restoration base/junk item with the understanding that maintenance will be required.
■ Packaging and Shipping
To protect this valuable piece, it will be securely packaged with bubble wrap and carefully shipped via the reliable Takkyubin Compact service (using a dedicated box).
This is a historic item that you may never have the chance to acquire again.
We await purchases from those who understand its value and will cherish it.
