This is a 2-piece set including:
・AREA UP EMPIRE SD-CSH1 Upscan Converter
・HDMI Cable

This upscan converter allows you to connect devices with composite output, such as game consoles or DVD players, to TVs or PC monitors with HDMI input.

I used this to play PS2 on my PC monitor.
Confirmed to work with both 720P and 1080P.

The original box and other packaging are not included.

However, these are not necessary if you plan to play games on a PC monitor, as you can use the cables that came with your game console.
