This is a set of:
1) FX-AUDIO DAC-SQ5J
   USB-DAC (96kHz/24bit compatible)
Includes the original box and manual from when it was new.
2) GF65I-US1250
   AC Adapter 12V 5A Akizuki Denshi Tsusho

The main unit has some minor scratches and scuffs. The LCD screen is not displaying, but USB playback from a computer is not affected. I have not used the OPTICAL or COAXIAL inputs, so their functionality has not been tested.
This item is being offered at a lower price due to the LCD screen issue. While it appears the manufacturer sells replacement LCD parts, please consider this listing with the understanding that the LCD is currently not displaying.
The DAC will be shipped in its original box, along with the AC adapter, inside another cardboard box.
