Ryūteki (Dragon Flute) - Masterpiece by Fukuda Kinnsuke - Gagaku Transverse Flute - Elegant Musical Instrument - Japanese Traditional Instrument
This is a Ryūteki (dragon flute) made by Kin'nosuke Fukuda, crafted from susudake (smoked bamboo) and bound with wisteria.
It seems that flutes by Kin'nosuke are less commonly available compared to those made by his son, Yasuhiko.
I acquired this flute around the same time as the Ryūteki by Yasuhiko Fukuda that I previously listed, and I have kept it stored without use.
As I don't anticipate using it in the future, I would like to pass it on to someone who will cherish it.
The outer bamboo shows some color changes due to age, but the vermilion lacquer inside is as beautiful as if unused, with no cracks or chips, and the overall condition is good.
The beeswax has also been adjusted.
We look forward to purchases from those who appreciate it.
