Description

We are considering a slight price increase before summer.
If you are considering purchasing, please do so before the price increase!!

This is an original koma (bridge) for the kokyu (a three-stringed bowed instrument) from Owara Kaze no Bon in Yatsuo, Toyama Prefecture, famous for the Echizen Owara Bushi folk song. (It can also be used for kokyu of other genres.)
(Special introductory price / One-of-a-kind item)

Most commercially available koma are thick to maintain strength, but neglect the crucial sound quality. This is an extremely thin, high-resonance koma.

It also has a feature on the back to prevent cracking, significantly reducing the risk of the koma breaking during attachment and removal.

Polished finish for a sparkling shine!

This is a miraculous piece, with natural materials inlaid into exquisite black persimmon wood!
Please check images 4 and 5 for its luxurious appearance.

As this koma is extremely thin and requires a great deal of effort to make, its next arrival is undecided!
First come, first served!

*This listing is for the koma only.
