Hiroshima Carp 1974 Yearbook & Hiroshima Baseball Fans Association Newsletter (1968 Edition)
105.60 $
Description
This is the 1974 Yearbook, published the year before the Hiroshima Carp's first league championship.
The cover features Kōjirō Iketani, Kazushi Saeki, and Motoyasu Kinjō from left to right.
Katsuya Morinaga was the manager, and this was a time when Joe Rooth, who would later become Carp manager, as well as Takeshi Koba and Junro Anan, were part of the coaching staff.
The other item is a valuable newsletter published in 1968 by the Hiroshima Baseball Enthusiasts Association (formerly the Hiroshima Carp Supporters Association).
Both items are in good condition and are rare, valuable publications that offer a glimpse into the history of the Carp.
