Product Description
This is a premium 13-string Koto in the Yamada style, embodying the pinnacle of Japanese traditional craftsmanship.

Crafted by skilled artisans from a single, luxurious paulownia wood plank, it features a hollowed body (kuri-kō) construction. The interior boasts Ayasugi carving to maximize acoustic resonance.

The intricate and luxurious design details make this a masterpiece suitable for professional concert performances, a treasure to last a lifetime.

【Key Specifications and Features】
Construction: Hollowed Body (Kuri-kō)
This premium construction involves hollowing out a single large paulownia wood plank. The absence of joints results in significantly superior sound resonance and excellent durability.

Internal Workmanship: Ayasugi Carving (Ayasugi-bori)
V-shaped carvings inside the body create a deep, rich, and lingering resonance.

Decoration: Openwork Wood Trim (Sukasita-mabuchi-tsutsumi)
Crafted from premium rosewood, this finish showcases exquisite craftsmanship with intricate openwork carving.

Maki-e Lacquer: Dragon's Tongue Area Imperial Carriage, Plum Blossoms, Landscape
This is high-grade maki-e lacquer, lavishly decorated with gold powder and gold leaf. The motifs of the three-dimensional Imperial Carriage and Plum Blossoms are dignified and elegant. These are exceptionally refined combinations that evoke the world of classic Japanese literature and The Tale of Genji.
