I used it about 5 times for solo camping.
There are no noticeable stains, tears, or damage, and the seam tape is not deteriorated.
I believe the condition is good.
The coating on the floor is slightly sticky.
It seems to be improved by wiping with an alkaline baking soda solution.
Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this.
The pegs are a mixed set, but they are sturdier than the included ones.
