■ We have seen an increase in cases where buyers falsely claim defects after receiving the product, stating it was different from what they expected, and then demand returns and refunds. We will not respond to any such requests.
For shipping issues, please contact Mercari support or the shipping company yourself and handle the matter.
If there is a defect and the item needs to be returned for inspection, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
■ We do not have a system for long-term holds.
If you request a long-term hold after purchase, we will cancel the order at the buyer's convenience.
■ Please make payment within 1-3 days. Please consult with us before purchasing if you need a few extra days.
