This is the AT-PEQ3 phono equalizer from Audio-Technica.
This is a phono equalizer exclusively for VM/MM cartridges that allows you to enjoy the original sound of records with simple connection.

Included are the main unit and AC adapter.
(RCA cable is not included)
The rubber feet were missing, so new aftermarket ones have been installed.

- Compatible with both VM/MM cartridges
- Equipped with LINE output, can be used with devices without a built-in phono equalizer amplifier
- Cannot be used with record players (turntables) that only have LINE output, or record players (turntables) with MC cartridges attached.
- Gold-plated jacks with low contact resistance adopted
- Lightweight & compact design that doesn't take up much space
- Includes a 1.0m connection cable (pin plug to pin plug) and AC adapter.
