ZEN Stream purchased new in December 2021.
Firmware rewritten by the manufacturer around September 2023.
Regarding the condition, I was able to listen to Spotify without any problems until about 3 months ago. However, my Wi-Fi environment changed, and when I recently tried to reconfigure it, I couldn't connect it properly with my smartphone and couldn't confirm its operation.
I am not good with networks, so I would appreciate it if someone knowledgeable could consider purchasing it.

The exterior is in beautiful condition with no noticeable scratches as it was not used much.
