This item is a brand new, navy military-style jumper skirt.
There are a few fold creases, but these are from when it was purchased.
The elegant and rare navy color and elaborate design make this a stunning piece on its own.

*There was also a belt for the waist, but it was found to be defective during the initial inspection and is not included. However, if anyone would like it, please let me know in the comments.
