Altec 1700B (Mic Preamp/ Preamplifier)
299.00 $
Description
This is a rare ALTEC mixer/preamp.
It continues to be traded at high prices even now, from its release.
The sound quality is superb, and its simple functionality is also excellent.
As is typical with vintage Altec products, there is extremely little signal loss, so simply passing audio through it results in a wonderful sound quality.
I used it as a DI for its transformer, and it is recommended for all types of recording, as well as for listening. You can also achieve a warm sound from the preamp's gain. It's perfect for Hiphop and R&B.
This is a rare item that is in good working condition.
Original price: ¥480,000
