◆ Net Information
Recommended for:
Those who stream binaural videos on their computers.
Those who want to record binaurally outdoors.
Those who want to use it for long periods without worrying about battery consumption.

Ideal for connecting to audio interfaces and professional recording equipment.
Features an XLR balanced output that is resistant to noise.
The Free Space XLR allows for a higher level of binaural recording compared to the Free Space. The basic structure and microphone capsules are the same as the Free Space, so you can achieve natural and warm binaural recordings just like the Free Space. The only difference is that in addition to a stereo mini-jack, it is equipped with a balanced XLR output terminal.

By connecting to external equipment via the XLR output terminal, you can maximize the performance of not only the microphone itself but also external equipment such as audio interfaces and recorders. As a result, all aspects of the system, including sound quality, dynamic range, and noise resistance, are improved.
Furthermore, the power required for the microphone is supplied from external equipment (phantom power), allowing for long continuous recordings without worrying about battery consumption.

Using an XLR cable allows you to place the microphone and external equipment such as recorders apart. For example, even when connected with an XLR cable of 10 meters or more, there is no need to worry about reduced volume or noise. The XLR cable locks securely into the terminal, preventing accidental disconnection during recording or streaming. The Free Space XLR can be used toughly in any environment.
