Product Condition
The ink absorber has been replaced with a new one (see 3rd photo) and the absorber usage rate has been reset (see 2nd photo with serial number).
If the absorber usage rate is reset without replacing the absorber, problems such as clogging of the waste ink path tubes leading to print head clogging, or ink leaking from the unit due to insufficient absorption of waste ink may occur.

The absorber usage rate is counted by software. Some units are modified to store waste ink in a tank, but users cannot disable the counter. Therefore, even if waste ink is stored in a tank, an absorber replacement alarm will eventually occur. If you cannot reset the usage rate counter yourself, modifications to store ink in a tank are completely meaningless. Be aware that products claiming to not fill the ink absorber even with tank modifications do not fundamentally solve the ink absorber replacement alarm.

We have performed an ink refresh using the printer's maintenance function and confirmed that the ink tubes are filled with ink. If air is mixed in, ink tubes can be easily refilled by performing an ink refresh.

We have confirmed that there are no clogs in the ink tubes by performing multiple continuous copies of full black, magenta, yellow, and cyan pages, and have confirmed that printing is possible without issues. (If the tubes are clogged, color may disappear from the few pages after the initial ones during continuous printing due to ink depletion.)

We have confirmed that there are no printing misalignments by performing grid line test copies and confirming that vertical and horizontal misalignments are printed without issues.

All parts have been cleaned as much as possible and lubricated for maintenance.

Printing and other checks will be performed before shipping.
Ink will be drained before packing to prevent shipping damage such as ink leaks, as Mercari does not cover such transport issues.

Upon arrival, please inject ink before turning on the power.
If the ink tubes are not filled with ink, please perform an ink refresh before printing.
