I bought this about 5 years ago at a used clothing store in Harajuku.
It's an Adidas x OPEL collaboration logo, so I believe it's likely a 2002-2003 model.
There's no size listed, but I think it's probably around a Japanese L size.
I've included amateur measurements in the photos for your reference.
The very last photo shows a faint scuff mark on the upper center back.
Other than that, I think the condition is very good for its age.
This is a used item stored by an amateur. If you are concerned about minor details, please refrain from purchasing. ☆
