The traditional hand-glued manufacturing method (HAND GLUED, literally hand-bonded), which has been discontinued by many manufacturers due to being too time-consuming.
While the current mainstream heat-shielding method using machines can produce one jacket in 30 seconds, the hand-glued method, made entirely by craftsmen, can only produce two jackets per day.

Ultra-fast Exhaust Speed
A major advantage of the hand-glued manufacturing method is the absence of dead air that remains in the bladder because it cannot be fully exhausted. Since it is completely exhausted, you can descend much faster than with conventional products. It's also the best for meet at the bottom on entry! scenarios.

Significant Reduction in Required Weight
No dead air means no need for extra weight to compensate for it. If you can descend with less weight, you'll need less air for neutral buoyancy, and you can say goodbye to adjusting the inflator to rise and fall. Reduces weight by 1-2kg.
