I am listing this item because I purchased it for 400,000 yen six months ago but have been unable to operate it successfully.

I would prefer someone who can adjust it and pick it up in person.

It operates, but it cannot print cleanly. Small items are fine, but larger items have layer shifting or do not adhere.

I have not contacted support due to the hassle.

Also, it is quite large and heavy. A truck may be necessary.
If you are amenable to cash on delivery, it may be possible to place it on a pallet and ship it.
