Just 25cm high. A color printer that achieves ultimate slimness.
Combines high-speed printing of 16 pages/minute for both color and monochrome with an LED system and tandem engine in a compact body,
Strongly supporting improved work efficiency in the office.

High-Speed Printing
Despite its significantly reduced body size, it achieves high-speed printing of 16 pages/minute.
Furthermore, with the Tandem Engine, color and monochrome printing can be done at the same speed.

Compact Body
Despite being a color printer, the adoption of the LED system has led to a significant reduction in the size of the print engine.
This greatly expands the possibilities for placement compared to previous color printers.
It also comes standard with a paper tray that can hold 250 sheets of A4 paper.
Despite being only 25cm high, it can handle large print volumes.
It can also hold up to 30 postcards.

Monochrome-Only Printing Function
Equipped with a Black Only printing function that supports monochrome-only printing with a simple setting in the printer driver, even if the color toner is empty or not installed.
This provides peace of mind even if the color toner suddenly runs out.
It can also be used as a monochrome printer for everyday use and as a color printer only when needed.
*Color drum must be installed.

High Resolution
High resolution of approximately 2400dpi (600 x 2400dpi) allows for clear and beautiful reproduction of small text, photos, and illustrations.

Easy Maintenance Design
The unique design and the adoption of separate toner and drum cartridges (4 each) make it extremely easy to remove paper jams and replace consumables, allowing anyone to perform maintenance with ease.

Driver Setting Lock
The driver setting lock allows you to restrict the number of copies and color printing, achieving cost reduction by cutting down on unnecessary prints.

Wired LAN Standard
Equipped with a standard 10/100BASE LAN, allowing multiple computers to share a single HL-3040CN.
