MG3630 Waste Ink Limit Error Reset (Waste Ink Counter Reset) Control Board

This control board for the MG3630 has had its waste ink counter reset using special software.
The counter value is indicated by the green marker in the photo.
We are listing this item with the hope that it will be useful for those who can replace it themselves.

The waste ink counter stores the percentage of waste ink remaining.
There is no actual sensor on the waste ink pad.
The counter is maintained by predicting and counting based on various operations.
Therefore, cleaning or replacing the waste ink pad will not reset the counter.
Resetting this counter with special software will reset the Waste Ink Full Error and allow printing.

Since we have reset it, replacing this control board will set the counter to 0% and make it usable.

For those who purchase, we will include a memo with general replacement procedures and points to note.
After replacement, there are no particularly difficult settings required.

① If you have forcibly removed the ink cartridge and applied force to the cartridge carriage (base), causing it to tilt, please refrain from purchasing.
If the Waste Ink Full Error is already displayed, the ink cartridges cannot be removed even if you open the front cover.
*Do not forcibly remove them → If the mechanism is distorted, even if you replace this board and reset the error, it will lead to another fatal problem.
*Replacing this board will clear the waste ink full error, and the cartridges will be removable as before.
*If the message is Approaching full. Soon..., you can remove them normally.
However, they will soon become unremovable.

② One of the connectors on the board is a special type.
If you forcibly pull it out, the connector will break, leading to a different problem.
If you have already forcibly pulled it out, please refrain from purchasing.
