Description

This printer was mainly used for printing text and drawings. Recently, when I printed a color photograph, horizontal stripes appeared. According to the help section, replacing the ink and cleaning the nozzles should fix this, but I don't have any ink, so I haven't performed the cleaning. Since there's a possibility that even after purchasing and performing nozzle cleaning, the issue might not be resolved, I am listing this as a junk item. All other functions are in good working order. The power cord and setup CD-ROM are included. The instruction manual and ink cartridges are not included. Please understand that we cannot accept complaints or returns.
